  • Can a roll up mattress have lasting damage?
    Not at all! Our mattresses are compressed to around 1/8 of its original size. Use the latest technology and machinery to ensure every mattress is not damaged throughout the process.
  • What should I do if some items are missing or faulty?
    Please email us via info@mayshome.co.uk with your issue, please include images to help us understand the issue fully. We will contact the supplier direct and sort the problem for you.
  • Where can I find the dimensions of a product?
    The dimensions for each product should be found in the product information or in the images. This includes height, width and length of all products. If you have any further questions about the dimentions of a product, please email us at info@mayshome.co.uk and we will help you in any way we can.
  • How long until I get my delivery from placing my order?
    Each of our products have different lead times depending on the supplier. Please read the delivery information on each individual product page to understand about the delivery of that particular product. If you required any further information, contact via email at info@mayshome.co.uk.
  • Can I track my delivery?
    If your order is being delivered via our store, we will call and arrange a suitable time to deliver your products. We will give you a curtesy call around an hour previous to the delivery. If your order is being delivered directly from a supplier, they will use a trusted courier. The courier will contact you with a delivery date and time with regular updates. Please read the delivery information on the product pages for exact delivery information.
  • What are Which? Best Buys?
    Which? Best Buys logos are only awarded to the very best of products in any given category. Which? tests a number of mattresses in their specialist test lab every year to simulate performance approximately over 10-years of use. They buy each mattress themselves to remain impartial, and then they conduct a series of laboratory tests to assess various factors including performance and durability. We are very proud that our SleepSoul Space Mattress has been awarded a Which? Best Buy.
  • Returns and Replacements
    If you have a damaged or faulty item, please contact us and we will send out the correct replacements and parts. We always do our upmost best to correct any problems that may happen during delivery. If an item is damaged on delivery then please do not accept the product and it can be returned to the supplier. If you are unhappy with your product, contact us and explain the issues. We do not accept returns 14 days after delivery. Your items must be in its original packaging, unopened to return your product.
  • Payment Options
    We offer various payment methods through our store and online. In store and online we accept all credit and debit cards including American Express. We also accept contactless payments including Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay. We also accept cash payments in store. In addition to card payments, online you can pay via PayPal. If you are wanting to split your payments, why not used one of our trusted credit partners. Use either Klarna or PayPal to pay 3 equal payments with no added interest if paid in time. All of our payment methods are safe and secure.
  • Is Shipping Free?
    Shipping is free on all products to England or Wales!
  • How does Klarna work?
    It's simple to play with Klarna through our website. Simply create an account with us, add your items you'd like to purchase to the cart and head over to your basket. Click 'Checkout' and once filling out your personal details you can choose how you wish to pay.   • What are your delivery areas?
    Our delivery areas for our products vary. Some of our suppliers offer Direct Home Delivery to our customers and unfortunately some do not.
